How to embody confidence when you don't feel like sharing your voice.



I want to let you in on a secret that you may have known and experienced before, but might have forgotten about: you have your very own source of confidence, that you can leverage.


YOUR BODY 💃


I know you may think - “How? When it lets me down every time I step in front of an audience? My knees shake, my mouth feels dry, I cannot catch my breath and my heart beats so fast I feel it will burst out of my chest any minute.

It is as if it is completely out of control and there is nothing I can do about it!”


Believe me, I have been there and I still get nervous in front of large audiences or when I record lives on Instagram, it is normal. But I have learned to be more “in tune” with my body.


And you can do that too. You can start seeing your body as your friend instead of your enemy, when it comes to speaking or singing in front of an audience - or just in general, really. Your body is yours after all. 🙌


Connecting to it on a regular basis, through your breath, through meditation, through conscious movement - (and singing!) can help you make your body your ally in this quest to become a confident speaker.
